Information Automatically Logged

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information. As an example, all servers keep a log of the traffic to any given web site. We only use this log to give us an idea of our popular web pages, error pages received, how visitors found us, what search engine they used, keywords used or which search engine crawler has visited our web site. In other words it is just a broad overview of our web site activity.

We use cookies to save your password so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our support "Help Desk". This is just a convenience for the customer and you can choose to not use or accept cookies in your browser. You will then just need to reenter your username and password each visit to the "Help Desk".

Advertisers

We may use an outside ad company to display ads on our site. These ads may contain cookies. While we use cookies only for purposes mentioned in the above section, cookies received with banner ads are possibly collected by our ad company. The only information that is normally collected, is the number of times a banner is clicked on or accessed. This is just a record keeping process. Registration Forms

Our site's "Help Desk" registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their username or email address), and unique identifiers (like their passwords).

Contact information from the help desk registration form is used to establish a support account that keeps track of your support requests and its status. The customer's contact information is only used to get in touch with the customer for these support request issues.

Unique identifiers (email addresses, account numbers and passwords) are collected from the customer to verify the user's identity and not used for any other purpose.

Our web site offers a "Feedback Form" for customers and visitors to send us any comments or suggestions related to our web site or services. We collect contact information (like their name, address, phone number and email address) from this form only to address the issue subject of this feedback form.

The person sending the comments or suggestions has the option of being contacted by us. The collected contact information from this form will not be saved or used for any other purpose. The only information that may be saved from this form, is if the customer is sending compliments about our products or services. We might post this compliment at our web site and reference the person sending the compliment by their initials and state, i.e. "W.S. from New York".

Order Forms

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect contact information (like their email address), financial information (like their account or credit card numbers), and unique identifiers (passwords), within a SSL secure environment.

Contact information from the order forms is used to process purchases, to establish an account and to occasionally receive information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary, such as support requests or to verify an order.

Customers may opt-out of receiving occasional company mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.

Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. A2Z SITE SOLUTIONS™ does not store their customers sensitive financial information online and it is not accessible via the Internet.

Unique identifiers (such as email addresses and passwords) are collected from Web site customers to verify the user's identity, and for use as account numbers in our record system.

Search Engine Ranking and Submission Tools

We do collect email addresses from our visitors and customers using our free search engine ranking tool and our search engine submission tool. While entering your email address is voluntary for the ranking tool, it is a requirement for the search engine submission tool. The search engines require that a valid email address be sent with the URL so that this can be verified as a actual submission. A few of the search engines will also email a confirmation message that must be confirmed before your URL is accepted.

We will never reveal these collected email addresses to any other company or person. We use these for the sole purpose of sending out update emails about our free use tools and we may also include information on any specials we may be running at the time.

Wild West Domains is the partner division of Go Daddy Software and is an ICANN accredited registrar. Wild West Domains and Go Daddy Software, Inc. will never use any of your personal information for any other purpose than to process domain name registrations. They have even took one more step and guaranteed A2Z SITE SOLUTIONS™ that they would not contact our customers to offer any of their other products. Please Note: That A2Z SITE SOLUTIONS™ and Go Daddy Software, Inc. will never directly share your personal information with any other third parties, other than what is required through the domain name registration process. We do share your domain name information between our two companies, but only for accounting and support issues for our customers. But due to the nature of domain name searches, any information that is directly related to a domain name will be displayed to the public, via any available whois lookup. One way to avoid having this information available on the web is to purchase our privacy option when registering your domain name. This will assure the complete privacy of who owns your domain name.

A2Z SITE SOLUTIONS™ has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Ordering online with A2Z SITE SOLUTIONS™ is secure and convenient.
